SPi trained athletes learn an approach to training specific to their individual development and goals, giving them a distinct advantage over the competition. The training at SPi geared specifically toward athletic movement. Every phase of training combines the components of performance and the focus that sport is movement, creating the most effective, efficient method known to sport. Additionally, our training is education based, ensuring the athletes' understanding of performance and giving them the tools necessary to develop outside of the training facility. In doing so, the athletes' development is a continuous process rather than session by session. The working relationship between an SPi specialist and the athlete promotes focused, positive, consistent development, unleashing athletic potential into actual performance.
